just finished paging through your gallery, and i wanted to drop you a note and let you know a few things.

Firstly, i loved the cthulhu comics. they definitely made me laugh long and hard.

Secondly, after reading pokeweed from start to finish i wanted to let you know that i love how the strip has evolved and i encourage you to keep refining certain aspects and experimenting with others. the results so far have been wonderful.

But anyway, i love your style, love your humor, and hope you'll keep up the good work.

Wow, that is way too nice of you. I read this early this morning, but did not want to rush a reply. In fact, it really made my day. I really do love doing the strip and have been thinking of ways to bring Cthulhu into Pokeweed. I need more characters and he was fun to draw. SO, it seem like it makes sense.lol

Thanks for taking the time to jot a note. And I am very happy you see growth and humor in it!

:D Glad to hear it made your day man. The nice thing about Cthulhu is that he's a mythical all powerful evil. So he can pretty much be where he wants and doing what he wants. he is cthulhu after all. So that gives you the freedom to do something really funny, and to choose whether you like him as a guest or staple of pokeweed. Either way you can always come back to the cthulhu strip.

ANYWAY! again, keep it up, i'm excited to see where the strip(s) go. :D

I am leaning towards having him move into Pokeweed, but the original plot was that Cthulhu gives up his evil ways and tries to live a simple life. He was going to work at a high end corp, but thinking he may take on the role of a blogger. And that would leave room for his own strips possibly.

Just thought you should know--you're not just getting promoted on Paizo.com, you're getting hyped by the education establishment. One of my professors at SCAD showed us the DRAWN! blog, and one of the entries he expanded on was your strip "Pokeweed."
